Hi,
Can anyone give a brief status on what is currently available to combine XBMC, Raspberry PI and Wolfson in one solution.
I need it for both airplay HIFI and internet radio/TV.
Which works best:
- Install XBMC on a raspbian recompiled with wolfson drivers
- Compile wolfson drivers into RaspBMC, OpenElec or another XBMC package?
- Wait until a more main stream solution comes along
- Give up my Wolfson/XBMC-combination?
Basic skills on Raspberry:
- recompile raspbian with Wolfson drivers.
- get filezilla-ssh, putty--ssh and vnc up running
- get wlan0 up running,
- but other than that, I primarily do basic stuff like cook-book guidelines..
My understanding of kernel compilation and git-patches is almost non-exstent.
Thanks in advance
Ishoey
Help Appreciated.
