the screen lights up blank and im sure noobs is running because it runs on the tv

    i bought it from adafruit mostly i find info on the 2.8 inch screen@

    Yes i did watch and look at that and others i was unclear about if you should be able to just plug it into the rpi gpio and turn it on or is there some soldering involved on those pins on the rightor somethingimage

    You should just be able to plug it on, the pin's shouldn't be an issue unless they interfere with any components on the RPi.

    oh no i didnt. and i was looking last night thru the arduino environment. i learned a little but not that. dont laugh but we went and got little bits coding kit to learn better and now have more questions.  i live in fort lauderdale and ive been and will keep searching for an electronics/coding or just arduino workshop or club.
