are there any cases out there that will accommodate a Raspberry PI B+ with a Cirrus Logic Audio Card fitted?

It's still a valid question, nevertheless.
I used this case, plus 2 spacers for my Pi + Cirrus Logic card. Some minor modifications are required (I used a Dremel), but it is not too difficult:
