Raspberry Pi + Enocean Pi for rare project...

Hi all, I'm working in a rare project and I have think in use a Raspberry Pi with Enocean Pi. In this proyect I have about 400 sensors button Enocean and I need know what sensors are pushed. My problem is that this sensors button can be pushed at once, then all sensors send a data in same moment. Does somebody know, if receiver Enocean Pi can received all information or the receiver is not ready for much information at once?

    When you are dealing with RF systems, just like conversations, if everyone talks at once the receiver gets scrambled information.

     

    If you have a look at the EnOcean information (which there is very good info on their website), you'll see they send 3 times and the period between sending at each event is randomised to aid in preventing clashes.

     

    I find it hard to imagine you would have 400 sensors triggered at exactly the same time.

    Hi Mark, thank you for your help. My doubt is if the Enocean Pi have a buffer for reception data and it can collapse if receive 300 data in same time or in 2 seconds...

    There is plenty of information on EnOcean website.

    The Enocean Pi is simply a TCM310 transceiver that feeds data out at 57.6kbit/s to whatever is processing it, which in this case is a RaspberryPi.

    There is no other hardware on the board.

    There are various ways to process the data, so it depends on the software you intend to use if there is any buffering, or how fast it can process the incoming data stream.
