Micro SD slot broken

Question

Hello,

I bought a Raspberry Pi 2 Element 14 from a local computer store but they are out of stock. My Micro SD slot is broken and will not hold the card inside but instead keeps ejecting it. How can I get a replacement for this defective unit?

I would imagine if you bought it from a local store you will have to go back to them, you where not too clear as to exactly where you got it from ? I am assuming it is Element 14 Branded but bought from the local store, so they bought from E14 not you. element14support perhaps you can shed some light here
