Wondering if its a 3 pin stereo 1/8 plug or a 4 pin type 1/8 plug for
composite video and stereo L/R type plug for output on Pi 2 B board.
Thanks in advance

I'm sure when you searched on Google, you also found this

It is a shame they didn't include the pin-outs in the manual.

Thanks I did find that (and I over paid) on Amazon for the bare connector
Plugs (Shipping is as much as the plugs) So it looks like I have to solder
my own custom plug and connectors. Was hoping that a cheap pre-made
cable was available as the 2 I have here are not the same, they I guess were for
MP3 players. (Shell is GND)
Thanks again

Sadly Newark sells this
http://www.newark.com/pro-signal/jr9031-5m/lead-3-5-4p-to-3x-ph-5m/dp/38K3274
and element14 have the same
Product LinkProduct Link
While it is a 5m version (there are others)
the datasheet is less than useful.
so element14jamie is it possible for someone to grab one and check if it suits the RPi2.
A datasheet such as this would be useful
http://www.farnell.com/datasheets/1681356.pdf
If it suits then add it to the accessories. (The B+ has been out for some time, so perhaps a refresh of accessories is in order across the element14/farnell websites)
This is what shows on the AUS/NZ website

Thanks
