If the HDMI or DVI interface a good chance it will work. For the DVI, you will need a good converter from HDMI to DVI. If it is a VGA, the converter will be possible depending on the pins used. No sound will pass, but that should not be an issue. Please specify which brand and model you are looking at so I can do proper checking.

The Raspberry Pi has an LCD interface too. You may want to look at that as well. So that gives you 2 choices and three if you consider the oldish RCA composite as well. I think in general you have picked a good processor for the job. Would enjoy more discussion as you proceed down the road of building this..
