PST - Mechanical Design?

Hey Jan Cumps  as you scheme how to take over the test and measurement world with the RPI Pico in your corporate castle, have you given any though to what your PST tool might look like, beyond just a bare Pico.

I bought some Hammond 1551K enclosures awhile back for a Pico project.

I think there is room for a 5 pole terminal block if I cut the wall of the enclosure off.

not really. The only measure we deliberately took, was to not use the PICO pin names in the SCPI commands.
So that users don't have to label the case outputs 29, 22, 15, ...., but can use digital out 0..3, Analog in 0..2, Analog hires 0..3, etc.
That little pcb could actually host an ADS1115 + 2 pullups and a decoupler cap ....

Looks nice and small. And available across the globe.

That was my ulterior motive a generic ADS1115 sampling board. Just enough room for 4 inputs + ground.

I plan to buy one of the AD5592 PMODs in the future

I like that it has more inputs and the parallel connector placement.

I am hoping the ADS1115 won't be fused seeing digital signals on unused inputs. I am fairly confined the GPIOs on the RP20240 will go high enough impedance to be negligible compared to the input impedance of the ADS1115. So, I can connect them in parallel and use which ever I like on a low pole count terminal block.

Your PST might look more like a traditional USB DAQ
