Doesn't the OSOYOO 3.5 Inch SPI Touch Display plug into any Raspberry Pi with a standard Raspberry Pi header, including a Zero 2W?

What is the TV hat you are referring to? Are you calling this OSOYOO display a TV hat?

It's a DVB-T tuner hat by the R-Pi lot based upon the Sony CXD2880 DVB tuner.

MaxLinear did something similar for ATSC with the MxL691
