The audio is the concern. I am going to get the visual working first then decide whether an audio hat is needed?
You'll probably need to add a F-type to Belling-Lee adapter to your shopping list if you plan to use that antenna with the R-Pi TV Hat.
However, perhaps keep in mind that although the antenna can potentially receive an ATSC TV signal, the Sony IC on the TV Hat can still only decode DVB-T/DVB-T2/DVB-C format signals.

It's a DVB-T tuner hat by the R-Pi lot based upon the Sony CXD2880 DVB tuner.
MaxLinear did something similar for ATSC with the MxL691
