what is the standard thickness of Raspberry Pi3 PCB?
I would like to make raspberry pi case.
Some information says, it is 1.4mm,
other says it is 1.6mm.
In fact, mine is 1.4mm.
If you have information, please let me know.

To my knowledge the board is 1.6mm.
If I was designing a prototype case I'd probably err on the side of caution and go with 1.6mm anyway. Better to have 0.2mm of slack than a case that doesn't fit.
I just measured several of my Raspberry Pi, and they range from 1.45mm to 1.63mm based on my cheap digital calipers. From what I could tell the earlier boards were 1.4-1.5mm in thickness (although I did have a Model A that was 1.6mm) and the newer board are more consistent at the 1.6mm. I did not have anything over 1.63mm though, and the thinnest was 1.45mm.
