USB and Ethernet ports suddenly stop working in my Raspberry pi 2

Hello,

As the title says, I recently had a Raspberry Pi 2 Model B. At first, It started working well, with RJ45 cable connected to the Ethernet port and a mouse connected to one of the USB ports. However, after almost a week, the two little lamps in the Ethernet port turned off and the USB ports stop working as they are all broken.

Any help would be highly appreciated !

Hello Amine, what kind of test did you tried to be sure that usb is died? And ethernet too?

Maybe the worth to check from the terminal if hardware is detected by the system.

Can we presume you have pulled the power and rebooted it.

While it's not the recommended way, if the USB ports aren;t working then the mouse and leyboard will have stopped, and you have no other options.
