RPi3 Broken L7 chip

So I recently tried to get on my Pi3 and when plugged in noticed I had no signal to my TV/monitor. All lights still blink right, green light on ethernet etc... After looking closely I noticed the little black chip labeled L7 right next to the HDMI port is missing. Any way to easily fix this?

It looks like a line filter which is probably there for EMI reasons. In a pinch, you *might* be able to get it working by wiring across it like so:
Otherwise, look for something like this that's spec'd for HDMI use (check to make sure the package size is correct):
