Is it possible to install Lab Quest logger pro software on the Pi 3?

The answer is no, as the software is compiled for x86 architecture, not ARM.
I would consider some Intel NUC device with a desktop/mobile processor.

David, thank you for the reply. My classmates and I are trying to make a mobile lab station by using a Raspberry Pi 3. We would like to record pressure temp and ph. I'm going to start a new thread.
There are solutions for Pi to run x86 applications.
I've tried Eltechs Exagear Desktop 2 to run older games like Unreal Tournament. It's not free, but perhaps worth considering ?
