On the pie 3 I got a 7 inch display I use to be able to run retropie on it now all I get is line on it but I'd I boot Ubuntu or raspbian on it it boots ok did I do something wrong

Maybe your RetroPie SD card got corrupted? Does it work with another monitor or Pi?

I tried two raspberry pie I even tried 2 different sd cards

Is there somewhere where I can buy a replacement ribbon cable for the screen i founded a slight tair in the cable not sure it the issue would like to order a new one is d find out?
