Rp3 broken chip

Hello guys, today I noticed a broken chip on my RP3, you can check it on the photos. It is very important? I use rp3 mostly for retropie andand for now everything works like so far. Name this chip is V37 eB.

The part in question is part of the external power path (+5V on USB port). The circuit appears to be a reverse power protection circuit. It you are apply to power up the RP3 through this port, then the part must still be connected as the supply current flows through this part. The part is listed on the schematic as: DMG2305UX. With a soldering iron and steady hands you should be able to replace this part.
