Dear

if attached LAN cable, mouse/keyboard in raspberry pi2 Model B(raspbian jessie Operating system ) then raspberry pi 2 boot properly and work.

if attached wifi Dongle, mouse/keyboard in raspberry pi2 Model B then unable to boot raspberry pi 2

if i attached wifi dongle on raspberry after boot then wifi work properly

i don't want to insert remove wifi dongle daily basis for boot raspberry pi 2

if there any solution plz share with me

When you say "unable to boot" what are the symptoms?

if already inserted wifi Dongle in raspberry pi 2 and power-on raspberry then unable to boot raspberry pi 2
if i remove wifi dongle and power-on of raspberry pi 2 then boot properly

It is very probable this depends on a power problem. You see the problem during boot as probably there is a current peak so the PI absorb more than the usual power. Try with a 2A power supply and this problem may disappear, at least I had a similar problem solved just after I have replaced the power.
