RASPBERRY PI 3- ESP32 WIRELESS CONNECTION

HI, for my academic project, i need to connect Raspberry pi and esp32-nodemcu wirelessly, so that esp32-nodemcu can send sensor data to pi and then pi to cloud. Somebody please help me to connect pi and esp32

I'm doing a similar project where thermal camera would detect the motion and then send a signal to the camera to capture the image of the intruder and then send the image of the intruder into your email as a message. please someone should kindly help me with the codes for the thermal camera.
