With so many connections available, how many displays could the Raspberry Pi 5 handle?

Available on the Raspberry Pi 5 you potentially have: 
 
 2x HDMI 
 2x DSI 
 1x SPI 
 1x Composite Video 
 
 So maybe, depending on how you have it setup, you could have up to 6 displays at once. However, that will take a lot of bandwidth and may limit the available resolutions or refresh rate at a given time. Sounds like a good project challenge.
