very interesting, this reminds me of my childhood, with Apple II, Sinclair ZX80/81, Spectrum, Tandy TRS80, Comodore VIC20, C64 etc. etc. All computers in a keyboard housing, with IO headers at the back…

I am curious to see a teardown of this device to see how is the thermal management solved. RPi 4 can get very hot. On the other hand, it is very comfortable to write on a warn keyboard during the cold…

Wow, that's so cool! I'm surprised that it's even faster than the regular RPi 4 too, Phoronix show some good benchmarks and Tom's Hardware show the big heatsink that's hiding under the keys. Hoping the European kitEuropean kit will be available soon, although it comes with the US layout Pi400US layout Pi400 (described in the datasheet) and the UK unit is a closer match to the Swedish keyboard layout with its large Enter-key (but who knows, maybe the kits sold here will have a SE layout?). I still think this little computer will find itself under a lot of Christmas trees this year, I certainly would gift one to myself.

Super excited about this tiny computer as a companion on my desk with all of the I/O and the familiar Linux environment image
