Have you registered, joined the Raspberry Pi group and now are getting email notification overload? Here's how to stop the notifications from flooding your inbox.
1) You must be logged in to element14 Community in order to change your email notification settings
2) Come to the Raspberry Pi landing page: http://www.element14.com/community/groups/raspberry-pi
3) Look to the bottom right of the screen and you'll see a blue menu box that looks like this: 
4) Click on "Stop email notifications"
