hey there i have been experimenting Raspberry Pi zero 2 w Camera setup and exploring low latency video streaming for remote monitoring, has anyone used WebRTC or similar technologies for this approach to archive near real time video streaming using Raspberry Pi ? have been exploring online platform and found Red5 which support WebRTC did any one heard about this or tried i'd love to hear something from here.

That platform isn't intended for "remote monitoring", it's for streaming video to multiple subscribers (unless you mean they are all remotely monitoring!).

If you're just looking to see if WebRTC is suitable for you, again that's something you'd need to google and just try (platform or not), because no-one knows what latency you really need, and where you want the stream to go (i.e. how remote and are you trying to broadcast a show?!).

Even on a LAN, you're unlikely to achieve anything extremely low-latency with these technologies, and it will be worse over the Internet. Expect it to vary, and perhaps reach several seconds (or more).
