and the gift card is in US$ - which can only be used in a US Amazon account!

they can't be redeemed, for instance, on amazon.co.uk

I get a lot of these - it's rather annoying.

It says, in its T&C at the end, that it runs until 9th of May.

If the re-run is via your original post then I think the form may still have an issue - as I've just looked at it (having been attracted by the wording of $1000. )

Towards the end of the survey there is a question that states desirable characteristics of test equipment, such as reliability, cost, usability, each listed down the left of the table and manufacturers are listed horizontally. The table doesn't really state what they are after, but you can only select one manufacturer for each charateristic; which seems a bit odd.
