Yeah, they probably wanted to copy the labels from the one above and use the manufacturer names for the values, but they forgot to change the question.

I think the question should have been something along the lines of "Choose which manufacturer fits best to the following categories:".

There was a glitch in mine. The columns of one of the tables didn't make sense.

Nice!

Just completed it, the supplier is disclosed at the end of the survey but I won't say who they are so it doesn't influence other people's responses. I encourage others to do the same.
