Weller WXsmart Unboxing Video (Full-Length Narrated Edition)

As one of the fortunate RoadTesters of the Weller WXsmart Soldering Platform, part of my assignment is to deliver an unboxing video of two to three minutes in length. After delivering a sneak-peek music-only unboxing last week, I'm back this week with a full-length narrated version of the unboxing.

As I predicted, it wasn't possible to fit it within the two-to-three minute timeframe, so instead, it's just shy of ten-minutes. It's definitely been a while since I've done a piece to camera, so I hope you like it:

  • Great video! Very well explained unboxing, personally I liked that you got straight to the point, without the boring time-wasting that some unboxing videos have. 

    The temperature measurement box is really useful. I have a 'QUICK' version of it, and it's super-handy for all sorts of quick lab measurements with the plug-in thermocouple (especially for working with hot air), and the tip measurement is very useful too, especially when checking new tools or tips.

    I think I may have the same EREM wire-cutters (pre-Weller-branding), they are super-sharp : ) It was an impulse purchase on a work trip, in Fry's in the US, before they ceased trading : (
