Hi Manou, here is a link with an alternative from Intersil. http://www.seekdatasheet.com/Datasheet-340954-G2356HEX.html Your G2345HEX is an older IGBT MosFet which is now very seldom to get. But the HGTG20N120C3D is an alternative with nearly identical parameters... Have fun! Chris
