Today, I contacted a roadtester about a missing review.
He mentioned his difficulty with the site, which e14's development team has worked sometimes throughout the night to correct the problems. We try our best to serve you, the members.
The roadtester also told me the following:
"During the Consumer Electronic Show (CES), I met [name of roadtest sponsor] and they were not cooperating with my activities and I stopped doing the roadtest or participating in any of element14 contests."
This statement made me pause and reflect.
I would not recommend seeking technical help from tradeshow representatives. Tech support is probably not their main role. And it's likely they do not know the product as well as the official channels of the tech support department.
To get help on a roadtest, I would recommend that:
- a roadtester leave a comment on the roadtest page describing the problem. This gives community members a chance to offer some help.
- message me at rscasny. If I cannot help you or get a member to offer some help, I will contact the sponsor and get the right person to help you.
- posting to Feedback and Support , especially if it's a problem with the community site
Please, give me a chance to help you.
Sincerely,
Randall Scasny
