This weekend, I heard from some roadtesters that their accounts went into moderation.
In one case, I believe it was because their last name in their member profile was a single character. (You need to have a full last or surname.)
In another case, it was because an email address was contain in it. (Just remove the email address.)
There seem to be a lot of reasons why you can go into moderation. I would get familiar with the Feedback and Support area of the element14 Community. Go here
