Help me to setup the software to use the trimak motor

I am trying to install TMCL-IDE for windows. I am getting this error. Please help me in solving it.

this is (from the text) for TMCL-IDE 3.x - but it seems 4.7.x is the current version.

Well, have you checked device manager to see if there are any devices that require a driver to be installed?

You really should take the advice to either update your version of Windows, or use the version of Ubuntu mentioned, rather than unsupported versions of operating systems that are not supported by the latest software.
