Most of the problem with the software and driver board are solved. I was even able to get fault LED on driver board OFF. I am not able to start the motor. Can someone Please guide me in starting the motor.

Perhaps check out what the 'Help' menu has to say about the 'Direct mode'.
If it anything like previous versions then you should get something like:
Depends if you mean UVW phases of the motor or UVW of the feedback hall sensor.
Perhaps include a schematic and photograph of you RoadTest setup along with motor details.
Perhaps also check the documentation for what the status code returned means
