I just did a new rework test. Remove 3 0402 resistors from a multilayer board, and replace them.
The video above was done right after unpacking the kit. This time, I have a week of experience. You may notice that I'm more comfortable with the tweezers and iron than in video 1. They now feel natural.

I've found that using smaller de-solder braid on smaller pads is worth the trouble of having several different sizes. The tiny bits you need for 0402 parts have trouble getting enough heat into the thicker braid.
