Problem in accessing Jupyter notebook on Pynq Z2

Hi,

Everything was working fine, I could access the notebook on 192.168.2.99 as mentioned in the getting started.

Then this happened:

1) I connected my board to a router for internet access - changed my mind and disconnected it from the router and connected it to my laptop's ethernet port (my laptop already has a static IP as described in the getting started)

2) I simply removed the power, without turning OFF the power button on the Pynq and plugged it back in. Pynq booted, lights flashed.

3) Cannot connect anymore to 192.168.2.99

What did I break? Please help me how to fix this.

Should I flash the SD card again?

I connected a serial terminal and this is what I see:

    image

This is strange - the inet (ipv4) IP does not appear at all for eth0 in this case.

    Now, look at this:

    image

Here we can see the IP : 192.168.178.116 assigned for ipv4, instead of the promised fallback address of 192.168.2.99 for the jupyter notebook.

However, even this address does not work!!!!

Here is my computer's IP setting:

192.168.178.10 - I changed the static IP based on what I see above.

    Someone please help!!!

Okay, I don't know what was the problem, but flashing a new image to the SD card fixed it

I have one more question :

Can I clone a Pynq ML repo on my computer and then just copy to the Pynq?

    Will it work?
