The review of the Advantech WISE-4012E is extremely minimal since I am still in the process of testing the product. During this Fall semester, my students and I will be using the Advantech WISE-4012E to manage the data sent from sensors connected to a hydroponics vertical farm system.
Initial Impressions: The packaging was simple, yet effective and all components were present as expected. There was some initial confusion on configuration to due the instructions not being clear. Once those pieces were worked out, we were able to setup the device rather quickly and have communication between it and several nodes.
Future Update: Will be updating the review in Fall and hope to have a more comprehensive summary for the group.
