This seems to be a great piece of equipment. I will not apply but I definitely recommend this road test to beginners. I already have a similar Tektronix scope and I am very happy with how it works (TEK…

Great share GY! I worked in engineering responsible for site equipment installation. We identified the on-site maintenance people by the guys standing around with their hands in their pockets. "Hey you…

Hi Gary, I can quickly answer this, 10x probes are included (they are considered part of the accessories supplied with it as standard in the datasheet), and the USB port does support remote control (aka…

I've only briefly used these during labs at uni (or similar model from that series), but I've been very impressed with them. However I never got the time to check out the extensive online help/tutorials that's built into the instrument, my impression was that it was a tutor in a box almost.

I was showing my classmates how to save the waveforms onto the USB-stick and anything other than a completely clean FAT32 filesystem would cause it to just spin forever :/, so it would be interesting to see if this is fixed (my suggestion to update the firmware was not taken kindly by the university staff).

No, not qualified. I wouldn't be able to test such a beast.

Since it is listed as a 70 MHz model, in the tbs1000c series, I assume it is specifically the TBS1072C model.

It'd be useful for my (low) skill level.
