I used Shapeways in NY, they have the best 3D printers for the money! They can do several types of metal, this one is stainless steel with a 1528 degree Fahrenheit melting point temperature.
Actually your talking of the ring, I used them as well, but the turbine is what I thought you were asking of, the ring is plastic.
