I'm trying to use it manually to test and set up, I can't seem to get the y axis to respond or the extruder motor and the x axis is acting up as well, only z is working as designed. Can anyone help?

Did what I suggested work or if not what did you have to do. I would like to know for future reference. Good to see your having fun.
