3D printer evaluation, considerations and suggestions needed

Hi to all.

I am evaluating a 3D print device and I'll be glad to know what are the community considerations about the model features and characterstics. If someone has an idea I will also to know what is the expected price for this device.

Thank you in advance

One test is to make an object with some writing on it and fine details on it.  Start big, then start shrinking the item down, making it smaller and smaller, printing each size.  Then we can see how small it can get and still have recognizable details as well s legible writing.

I'd also like to see it make a plug for a fiberglass mold, to see how well depth is maintained.  Maybe make a car body part?

    Hi Joey,

I am evaluating a series of products and I was interested to know the users point of view based on the mentioned characteristics image What is the idea that your and other have reading the information above that are the ones I have.

Anyway testing is a good suggestion, if I have it here. But what on the device reading these specs ?

    Enrico

Is this for a road test on E14?  Did you say you were doing a road test?

    hi Joey,

no I am just saying that I am evaluating a series of products as I am searching for a good ratio between price and quality. This is the first model I am checking the characteristics (I have not it in my hands, obviously), si I have asked for the help of the members to have their vision. The worst aspect of this model is the very low speed, it seems. Then maybe also the the slice thickness seems too big.

I have not put the price to have an evaluation based on the others' experiences before avoiding to influence them. But considering the specific model speed and the other similar devices on the market this printer actual price seems me too high. I will put it then.
