Hello, I am having trouble with getting my Prusa i3 motors to move. I have triple checked all of the wiring and physical components, so they are correct. I have set the correct voltage on the motor drivers to their corresponding levels (1.2 for the z axis and extruder, 0.9 for the y and x axis). All other components of the printer function well (such as the heated bed, lcd screen, and extruder heater). I disconnected the wires from all of the motors (which are nema 17 stepper) and every wire on the motor is reading that they are getting 12 Volts (there are four wires to each motor, colored red, blue, green, black). What does this mean? The printer has been turned on multiple times, and there has been no signs that they burned out (no smoke or funny smells, the motors just simply do not move). Also, I have tried both marlin firmware and repetier firmware (the latter being the provided firmware with the kit), both to no avail. I did however have my power set to 220 volts on accident for awhile before realizing the mistake and correcting it to 110. lastly, while troubleshooting to figure out what was wrong, I switched the direction of the motor driver and motor wiring on the ramps board. Do you have any suggestions for how to get the motors running, or what is the problem? Thank you in advance.
