I have just set up the new 2014 printrbot simple and it works great, but the y axis moves the reverse way when it is suppose to home in, when I push it to its designated spot and I hit the home button with the y beside it it will hit the y motor stop button then go in the opposite direction and spin out the fishing wire. To fix it temporarily we put the string on backwards (come off bottom of sandpaper not top) and it works fine, but it is straining the string too much and the prints will slip. Please help us!
