My y axis slips on my new simple seems to slip on my prints and I was wondering if there is a way on Repetier to re calibrate its axis' every few layers? or should I replace the sandpaper on it which is a little worse for wear?
I would change the sandpaper as its only going to get worse the more you print. I cant think of any easy way to calibrate the machine mid print. You could also add a little glue to the first wrap around the sandpaper to prevent it from slipping. Just make sure to let the glue dry fully before adding further wraps of the string.
