When im printing something flat and not tall, my corners, at least one curl and I'm using PLA, anyone know what's going on? On large prints 100x100x100 is my area in mm.

It still does on tall prints but not as bad.
it has to do with adhesion to the bed, I changed my print bed to ultem plastic and a heated bed and the problem went away. Before that it seemed that one time I could get it to work and another time I could not.
Brad,
PLA is very good at holding heat unlike ABS that is better printed with no cooling and heated bed. Do you happen to have a fan that can blow on the part? You could also trying slowing the print down to allow the layer to cool slightly before the next is started. Like Robert was saying that you could get a little better adhesion to the bed by adding Rafts in the slicing engine. I also have had good luck using blue painters tape on my bed. The bad thing is parts stick a little to much.

I got it doing better, but it still has a slight curve, my prints look better if I print them tall (z axis) and not flat on x and y, they really come out good with the lower 1rest two layers only curling, I use blue tape, I had to turn my extruder up to 205 for the first layer to get it to stick to the tape, after that it goes to 190, this helped stop some curving...
I also fixed this on larger prints 110mm x 85 mm by putting double sided tape down on my blue tape where my print base is, this has helped from it moving arround which also caused curled prints only on large prints though.
