Repetier help? Mirrored prints?

I'm using this software and I like it but it has a few bugs. I've noticed that my prints come out mirrored? Is there a way to fix this in Slic3r or Repetier?

Have you ruled out a hardware fault (I.E. stepper cables connected the wrong way round). This seems like more of a hardware issue than software

I considered that, however, on screen, it shows up mirrored as well...
