3D printer questions

Hello,

I have a 3D Systems Projet 1500 3D Printer. At times the printer sits idle for weeks at a time. how does this affect the quality of the resin that is is the printer tray. Should I be cleaning the resin out of it if it will be sitting for a length of time?

Sorry, I called it a resin, but it is liquid. The label on the material is called VisiJet FTI. I'm pretty new to this, so I don't really know a lot about the processes yet. I'm trying to learn more though…

I'm not familiar with resin, only PLA extruder. However I would test it. Plus, does the resin come with moisture absorbers in its container? My PLA does but weeks really don't effect the PLA. I would imagine a resin powder may be effected by moisture in the air. One way to help this is save some moisture absorbers and place in the tray. Lucky you, Projets are nice...
