I have an ender 3 that sometimes will just randomly pull all the filament out at the beginning of the print. I have been just stopping the print, resetting the filament, and restarted the print and it works fine. what could be going wrong? any ideas

1. What software are you using to produce the gcode your printer's using?
2. What's the GCode look like that you're using for the print? Would you share it?
3. Does the slicer software you're using have a 'start up' gcode that may be messing with this?
4. What's practically happening when this occurs? Are you able to take steady video footage and share it?
Cura slicer, standard 0.2mm settings, no changes to start up, I'll work on getting some footage
I use Cura on an Ender3. Haven’t personally experienced this issue. Are you using the stock Marlin firmware provided with the printer?
I have flashed the firmware to TH3D. I know someone else with the exact same setup and has not had this issue.
Okay. Do you have a filament run-out sensor?
