Freescale was recognized for its high standards, operational excellence and serving as a role model in customer support, making it a true stand out in the industry.
Magneti Marelli Powertrain & Electronics highlighted the solid processes, reliable communications and end-customer focus Freescale demonstrated during a period in which the entire automotive industry was under increased supply pressure. The bold actions, such as dedicated teams with clear and effective escalation processes set up by Freescale to face this situation, proved to be successful. As a result, no automotive OEM line down occurred.
