Hi guys Iam looking for a varistor with 4 pin connections. The characterisitcs are in the table below.

I would really appreciate if anyone could help me find the right part

    Hi Aman.

    With varistors it is always hard to get an exact match if you have precise requirements. Farnell has only 2 pin versions near to these values. I assume your varistor has 4 pins for mechanical reasons, but if you can get away with 2 pins, you could try Farnell codes 1004735 and 1057176-11057176-1.

    You will see from the datasheets that these don't exactly match on the DC and AC voltages but depending on your circuit, may do nicely.

    BTW, the Epcos datasheet link is broken so try this,
