Maybe you work with IDEC PLCs, or maybe you have to monitor a process using them.
Well, from WindLDR, that process might suck, having to monitor trends, or open multiple instances of WindLDR just to look at some select registers, there is now a python library to help with that, and it works on Linux, Mac and Windows.
You can make your own custom monitors which can save you data remotely, or create your own custom webpages monitoring PLC registers directly. Develop plots of trends, or check internal registers. I made a page that generates your own custom Monitoring scripts via a web form. These will allow for plotting about 4 hour of trends from specified devices.
if downloading and installing the FC6A library is too much for you, where it lacks a pip repo, or any specific installer, this form will generate a script which gets the library from the internet.
The script generator form may throw a security warning when the script downloads.
The from generator is intended for generating trending plots of selected registers.
You can select your endians per PLC, and monitor PLCs where the endianess is different, at the same time.
Wow my internet is trash right now, cant upload anything good.
