Is there a convention regarding publishing software for element14 projects on Github?
Does each contributor have to create their own e14 repository or is there a general e14 repository?
In the e14 Code Exchange area it looks like you can upload code - is this the appropriate place to store e14 project software?

use github.com for sharing project files including code and
use gist.github.com for sharing snippets and outputs and stuff.
code exchange is one place where you can share and discuss code and it would be nicer to share entire codes in .zip files. Ofcourse depending on the purpose of the share, the method may vary...
