I think you should be upfront and inform people you're running an ancient OS which likely is missing DLLs.
Also, how about going back and actually answering the questions that people asked you on all the other discussion questions you've raised?
If you've solved them, then at least report back with what you did - so that there's a chance it could help others...
I was able to solve the above error by running it on google colab.
