Samsung Electronics has unveiled its first external hard drive with the new USB 3.0 interface as part of its STORY Station product portfolio. USB 3.0 or SuperSpeed USB offers a maximum transfer rate of 5 Gbps, which is 10 times faster than the 480 Mbps of USB 2.0.
